Tracy is the owner and hands on operator of the salon. Promoting animal care industry in a professional manner has been her passion for over 20 years. "Setting Standards for Quality Pet Care" is her motto she stands by. She has trained all of her staff and round tabled with many others to promote the same ethics. Her other passion is her wonderful farm of eclectic strays owned with her partner, Rene. They share this farm with 3 horses- Oscar, Cherokee, and Star, one donkey- Gretchen,2 loose geese- Lucy and Desi, 5 cats- Tiger lily, Karma, Mezzi, Bear, and Sir, 5 dogs- Chaco, Sadie, Luke, Mia and Riley, 3 goats- Grace, WilliePete, and Tony, 4 guinea hens, 6 ducks and a flock of chickens.
